These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AllHub platform and associated services. By creating an account or using AllHub, you agree to these Terms.

To use AllHub you must:
You must provide accurate, complete and current information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@allhub.io of any unauthorised access or breach.
AllHub uses Clerk for identity management. Each account is isolated in a separate tenant namespace — no data from other accounts is accessible.
AllHub offers the following subscription plans. All prices are in euros and exclude VAT (IVA) where applicable.

Billing cycle
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Annual billing options may be offered at a discount.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. We accept all major credit/debit cards. Invoices are issued in euros.
Overages
On the Starter plan, conversations beyond the monthly allowance are charged at the current overage rate published at allhub.io/pricing.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time.
Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on first-time paid subscriptions. Subsequent billing periods are non-refundable except as required by EU consumer law.
Price changes
We will provide at least 30 days' notice of price increases. If you do not accept the new price, you may cancel before the new price takes effect.
AllHub provides a multi-tenant AI conversational platform for ecommerce. The core service includes:
Service Level: AllHub targets 99.5% monthly uptime for the API endpoints. Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance via status.allhub.io.
You agree not to use AllHub to:
AllHub reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without notice.
EU AI Act Regulation (EU) 2024/1689
As a Store Owner deploying AllHub AI agents, you are a Deployer under the EU AI Act. You agree to:
Display the AI disclosure
AllHub automatically renders the EU AI Act Art. 50 disclosure ("You are talking to an AI") in every chat widget. You must not remove or obscure this disclosure.
No High-Risk deployments
You must not use AllHub for High-Risk AI purposes (employment, credit, biometrics, law enforcement, education evaluation) as defined in EU AI Act Annex III without separate conformity assessment.
Maintain human oversight
For decisions that significantly affect your customers, you must maintain human review processes as required by Art. 14 of the EU AI Act.
Data Processing Agreement
By using AllHub, you enter into the AllHub Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for any personal data processed by the platform on your behalf.
AllHub IP
The AllHub platform, software, Cortex pipeline, APIs, documentation, trademarks and related materials are the exclusive intellectual property of AllHub. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the platform.
Your Content
You retain all intellectual property rights in the Content you upload (product data, knowledge bases, conversation flows). You grant AllHub a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process and transmit your Content solely to provide the service.
AI-Generated Outputs
AI-generated responses produced by the Cortex pipeline are generated on your behalf. AllHub makes no representations regarding copyright ownership of AI outputs and recommends consulting legal counsel for outputs used in commercial contexts.
Feedback
If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant AllHub an irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use them without restriction or obligation of confidentiality.
Each party agrees to keep the other's confidential information (including API keys, store data and pricing) strictly confidential and to use it solely to perform obligations under these Terms. Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law. AllHub's obligations regarding personal data are governed by the Privacy Policy and applicable DPA.
AllHub represents that the platform will be provided with reasonable skill and care. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET OUT ABOVE:
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. ALLHUB DOES NOT WARRANT THAT (A) THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, (B) AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE OR APPROPRIATE FOR ANY SPECIFIC PURPOSE, OR (C) THE PLATFORM WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Spanish consumer protection law or EU mandatory law.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALLHUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
ALLHUB'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU TO ALLHUB IN THE 12 MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These limitations do not affect liability arising from: (a) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be limited under Spanish law.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless AllHub and its officers, directors and employees from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the platform in violation of these Terms; (b) your Content; (c) your violation of applicable law, including data protection law; or (d) claims by your shoppers or third parties resulting from your deployment of AllHub agents.
Your termination right
You may terminate your account at any time from your dashboard settings. Termination takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
AllHub's right to terminate
AllHub may terminate your account with 30 days' notice for any reason, or immediately if you materially breach these Terms (including Acceptable Use violations).
Effect of termination
Upon termination: (a) your access to the platform ceases; (b) AllHub will delete your personal data within 30 days subject to legal retention obligations; (c) AI agents embedded in your stores will cease to function.
Survival
Sections on Intellectual Property, Confidentiality, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Governing Law survive termination.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law provisions, and in compliance with Regulation (EU) 593/2008 (Rome I) and Regulation (EU) 1215/2012 (Brussels I Recast).
Jurisdiction
The competent courts of Spain shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of these Terms, except where mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise. EU consumers may also use the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Amicable resolution
Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to contact AllHub at legal@allhub.io and give us 30 days to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably.
Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and any executed Order Form or DPA, constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
Waiver
AllHub's failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of future enforcement.
Assignment
You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without AllHub's prior written consent. AllHub may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
Amendments
AllHub may update these Terms by posting the revised version at allhub.io/legal/terms with at least 14 days' notice for material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
Language
These Terms are written in English. In case of conflict with any translated version, the English version prevails.
